Igloo - The Developer
Fruit Market is a development by Igloo, the UK’s leading investor developer, working with communities and partners to create transformative places that set new standards for ‘People, Place and Planet’.
We push the boundaries of impact-led investment and development, creating unique, regenerative places that reimagine what it means to live and work sustainably, happily and healthily.
We’ve been creating mixed-use communities for the good of People, Place and Planet for over 20 years. We’re proud to be the world’s first UN-recognised responsible real estate investment fund and the UK’s first real estate B Corp. Part of Places for People, the UK’s leading social enterprise, we work with partners and Communities to understand the future needs of our towns and cities, and use our industry-leading Footprint® methodology to deliver impactful regeneration, at scale.
