Fruit Market
Nottingham's pioneering new developing

Fruit Market is a collaborative custom-build housing project being enabled by Blueprint, the company behind some of Nottingham’s most innovative low-energy housing projects.

Collaborative developments are where home buyers collaborate as a group with the developer and architects to customise their homes and their neighbourhood to suit their lifestyle. It's an approach that is common throughout Europe and we have developed a process that is specifically tailored to UK home buyers.

How it works - The group

For each phase a group of home buyers are formed in order to build as group. The group benefits from Blueprints expert guidance and the scale economy of building new houses together.

The group determines what they want from communal spaces around the private homes and then each home buyer works with the architect to customise their own homes.

Phase 1 of Fruit Market is now established and we're now taking expressions of interest for phase 2.

Shared spaces

Shared spaces can include communal gardens, or something as simple as a shared bike sheds or garages or something ambitious like an apartment that can be booked out for visitors. These are determined by the group with the assistance from the architect with the guidelines of what is possible. Read more

Customising your home

The customisation process of the homes is a bit like designing and building your own house without the headache of starting from scratch. The architect will provide design options that will enable you to shape your ideal home. Read More

As developers, we will provide a fully serviced site. We hope to offer prices from £200,000.
